I often get takeout from here, and the sushi tastes great. However, this is my first time trying the takoyaki. But why is each one only half? Still, there is a piece of octopus inside, and it tastes quite good.
Nice little Japanese restaurant in North Vancouver. We went for lunch and tried the Veggie (Tofu) Box and the Sushi Box (Chicken). The bento boxes had really good combinations and the items were very well prepared. We were also served tea and miso soup.
Extremely good sushi and they load you up. Huge rolls for a really good price. Everyone is so kind as well, highly recommend.
This is a good Japanese restaurant with complete combinations. The chicken teriyaki is great, the tempura is nice and crunchy. The lettuce in the salad is fresh and crispy. They also have black and brown rice as an option. Prices are very reasonable for the area. It's a small place but they're a hit for takeout orders.
The staff at Yama Sushi are so nice! We were waiting in the parking lot for our order and one of the staff members came out in the rain and brought our order out to us! That was so nice of them to do. 10/10 I highly recommend this place. Their sushi is always so fresh and amazing too! Very quick!
The first thing they bring you when you sit down is genmaicha tea (roasted rice tea) which was perfect for a cold day. All the sushi was very fresh and delicious. The tempura was also cooked well. Good prices. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Food & prices (12-14) are good. Seems to be mainly a takeout place. Almost didn't go because it was small and empty. I recommend Chicken Kutsu Don Will definitely return
